I have a really creative friend who travels a lot for work. In one of her recent Facebook posts, she had a pic where she used a pencil case to organize her adapters. What a great idea! I have a lot of random tech accessories floating around my backpack, so I decided to make a bag so they would be easier to find. I followed this tutorial for making a box pouch and was able to make a bag in one sitting. While rummaging for fabric scraps and supplies, I found some of my old clothing labels for summer camp and ironed one inside the bag :)
The bag turned out so nicely that my husband wanted one too, but in red. The exterior on both bags is ordinary felt in slate from Joann Fabrics. The fab liner is quilting weight cotton from Lonni Rossi Fabrics.
